Deer Valley Dream

This home in lower Deer Valley was a complete re-build.  We went from a 3 bedroom to a 4 bedroom, added stairs from the garage, added decks, sliding glass doors, sooooo many windows.  It's definitely the most amazing transformation of all my 2019 projects.  Much admiration and all the build credit goes to Papineau Builders of Park City.

This new construction in the heart of Old Town Park City was built on one of the last few existing lots in the area.  The open-concept stairs keep this multi-level home feeling open and airy.  White-oak floors mixed with warm gray and brown tones on stone and tiles make this modern-rustic design feel amazing.  2 decks on the front and a patio in the back create wonderful outdoor living spaces.
